Very close to the Main Square and just a short stroll to the main shopping areas.The NH Cordillera services our guests with the following: Restaurant, cocktail bar, cafe bar, 4 function rooms (from 20 to 150 people), business center, facilities for the disabled, Gymnasium, sauna, relax room (physiotherapist services), and swimming pool. Our accommodations are equipped for your convenience and relaxation: 105 rooms, direct-dial telephone, cable TV, internet access, independent modem telephone line, air-conditioning, and hairdryer.Our cuisineThis is the typical NH Hotels restaurant. Our cuisine is inspired in Spanish, French, and Argentinean culinary traditions. The restaurant of NH Cordillera is in the city center, very close to the main square. This strategic location invites people to come and visit a unique atmosphere where they will receive the best service. Our cuisine, offers a pleasant route through a wide variety of Latin specialties and typical international classics in a unique atmosphere. Our restaurant has capacity for 60 guests and the bar area offers 50 places. Start your meal with our inspiring starters such as red meat topped with a unique basil sauce, toasted garlic, potato pastries or vegetables with pepper oil. Continue to your main courses with our famous grilled steak with a sauce that best suites your taste. Enhance your meal combining the food with the wines of our cellar.
