Ticket Conditions: Tickets can be season tickets, physical tickets, electronic tickets or tickets to download through an app on the cell phone (pass wallet, etc.), so the customer needs to have a cell phone with internet access to be able to show the downloaded ticket on it. We are exempt from any responsibility if the customers do not have a smartphone in the case of tickets to download on the app.
In the case of physical tickets, the price that appears on the ticket is not binding with the sale price, since it includes management, shipping-delivery costs, taxes. The customer accepts and consents to said purchase, and in knowledge of the aforementioned, accepts the non-possibility of any claim, regarding the price. In the price that we inform, we include management, shipping-delivery costs, taxes.
We guarantee tickets in pairs, 2 by 2, they can be together in the same row, or in the row in front or behind, but together. They must inform at the time of requesting a reservation: complete passenger data, copy of passport and contact phone number.
