Here you will enjoy a typical dinner that will connect you with the ancestral flavors of the region.

From Gallocanta you will travel to Belchite, a place full of historical memory. Its ruins, witnesses to the devastating Spanish Civil War, stand as a reminder of the past and the darkest moments of history. The contrast between the new town and the ruins of old Belchite creates a sense of respect and admiration for what has been left behind. But you will also find beauty in the arid landscape and in its natural corners, such as in the Pozo de los Chorros, an oasis between rocks that whispers tranquility.

Then, you will arrive at Uncastillo, a town that seems frozen in time. Its stone alleys and majestic fortress will transport you back to medieval times. Here, history is breathed around every corner, from the old Jewish quarter to the ruins of the Roman city of Los Bañales, where you will walk among stones that tell millennial stories.

In Ayerbe, the nobility of its architecture and its rich history will make you feel like you are in a town that has witnessed centuries of traditions and the influence of the different cultures that have passed through it. Afterwards, Jasa will surprise you with the tranquility of a small Pyrenean village, where nature is the protagonist. 2nd Day – Gallocanta - Belchite

After a wonderful night you will go down to breakfast because you have to regain strength for the day ahead. Today we set off to discover the treasures of Gallocanta. We begin with the visit of the Hermitage of the Virgen del Buen Acuerdo. This hermitage is one of the southernmost examples of Aragonese Romanesque. Since the restoration of 1987 we can see the free-standing hermitage with two naves on the sides. We will continue the visit of Gallocanta at the MuseumGallocanta Tourist Office. Located in a privileged enclave and with unbeatable views of the lagoon, it is the perfect place to start getting to know the ecosystem of the Gallocanta lagoon basin. We will end your tour with a Hiking Route in the Gallocanta Lagoon. The fame of this beautiful enclave is for being an authentic ornithological paradise. Every winter, it is the place chosen by the common crane to make a stop on the way of its migratory journeys. After this fantastic nature tour we will invite you to eat one of the typical dishes of the region, in a local restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Gallocanta and continue our route to the next Magical Town, Belchite. Next to the current new town, the ruins of the Old Town of Belchite are still standing, where one of the bloodiest and most desolate battles of the Spanish Civil War took place. You will arrive at the end of the afternoon at the accommodation we chose with time to rest a little before going out for dinner in a Typical Restaurant. After a full day, return to the accommodation for a well-deserved rest.

3rd Day – Belchite - Uncastillo

Have an early breakfast and go out to discover Belchite. We start by exploring the Traces of the Civil War In addition to the testimony of the Old Town of Belchite, there are numerous vestiges that allow us to know part of the episodes that took place during the Spanish Civil War. Next, we will take a tour of La Lomaza. Located in one of the only steppe landscapes in Europe, it is a wildlife refuge. Due to the aridity of the terrain, esparto grass, thyme, rosemary, ontinas and jarillas predominate. We will finish this fantastic tour with a walk through the Pozo de los Chorros. This natural setting, between rocks through which the river makes its way, leaving a series of pools followed by a small waterfall that ends in the Pozo de los Chorros. After this nature walk we will invite you to eat one of the typical dishes of the region, in a local restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Belchite and continue our route to the next Magical Town Uncastillo. Throughout history, the physiognomy of Uncastillo has been drawn, stone by stone, piece by piece. The result of this work gives rise to a unique town declared a Historic-Artistic Monumental Site in 1966. You will arrive at the end of the afternoon at the accommodation we chose with time to rest a little before going out to dine on one of the typical dishes of the region in a local restaurant. After a full day, return to the accommodation for a well-deserved rest.

4th Day – Uncastillo - Ayerbe

He has an early breakfast and goes out to discover Uncastillo. We will start with the visit of the Fortress of Uncastillo It is located on a rocky mound from where it dominates the entire landscape. It is one of the largest and best located in Aragon on a rock of very steep slopes. Next, we will visit the Jewish Quarter of Uncastillo. The neighbourhood is a space endowed with a great personality, delimited by portals that were located at both ends of the street, to close off the neighbourhood when so ordered. We will finish this beautiful tour in the Roman City of Los Bañales. An archaeological site that hides the remains of a Roman city of still unknown name located about 15 kilometers from Uncastillo itself. Here we will do a fantastic Hiking Route. At the end we will invite you to eat one of the typical dishes of the region, in a typical restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Uncastillo and continue our route to the next Magical Town, Ayerbe. The Noble and Faithful Villa of Ayerbe, titles granted by Philip V, does historical justice to this town that since Roman times has played an important role in its area of influence.

5th Day – Ayerbe - Jasa

Have an early breakfast and set off to discover Ayerbe. We start by appreciating the Clock Tower. It corresponds to a free-standing building almost 30 m. high located in the Plaza Baja, near the old Town Hall and the former Palace of the Marquises of Ayerbe. Next, we will visit the Palace of Ayerbe, also known as Palace of the Marquises of Urriés, it is a beautiful piece of Aragonese civil architecture. It is located in the center of the town. We will end this historical tour at the parish church of San Pedro. A construction of ashlar, ashlar, brick and rammed earth that offers works from various periods. Nave of five sections and polygonal main chapel. The interior decoration is neoclassical. Then we will invite you to eat one of the typical dishes of the region, in a typical restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Ayerbe and continue our route to the next Magical Town, Jasa. The personality of the town is marked by the large square that presides over the town. 6th Day – Jasa - Broto

Have an early breakfast and go out to discover Jasa. We start by appreciating Pyrenean Architecture. Its civil architecture is very much determined by the livestock character of the valley. The cobbled streets stand out, characteristic of the area, which covers practically the entire town. Next, we will visit the parish church of the Assumption. Of Gothic construction of the thirteenth century, renovated in the sixteenth. The power of its medieval structure can be discovered in its central nave, in the thick pillars and in the transverse arches. We will end this historical tour at the Casa Moní Museum. Here you can see handicraft and farming tools, kitchen utensils, models of emblematic buildings of the valley and objects that are part of the uses and customs of the area. Then we will invite you to eat a typical dish of the region, in a typical restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Jasa and continue to the next Magical Town on our Route, Broto.

Small town, located at the foot of the Ordesa National Park, Monte Perdido, in the heart of the Pyrenees. 7th Day – Broto - Vilaller

Have an early breakfast and go out to discover Broto. We begin with a visit to the Church of St. Peter the Apostle. It is located at the top of a hillside, with the abbey house attached to a part of the apse, forming a small viewpoint square open to the southeast over the valley in front of the door. We will continue with our tour and visit the Prison Tower. It has a clearly defensive origin since it is related to the protection of the old bridge of the town, although it also fulfilled the function of a prison. We will end our tour with a walk to see the fantastic Sorrosal Waterfall. It is a geological work of art that roars imposingly. Located in the ravine of the same name, it can be accessed in just 5 minutes from the town of Broto itself. Then we will invite you to eat a typical dish of the region, in a typical restaurant. After lunch we say goodbye to Broto and continue to the next Magical Town, Vilaller. It has an old town with many elements of interest. Remains of the wall with arcades and a medieval tower, remains of the oldest prison in Lleida (seventeenth century), the neoclassical church (eighteenth century) and the bell tower. At the end of the afternoon you will arrive at the accommodation we chose with time to rest a little before going out to dine on one of the typical dishes of the region, in a Typical Restaurant. 8th Day – Vilaller

Have an early breakfast and set off to discover Vilaller. We start by visiting the 12th Century Wall. A small section of wall with a portal is preserved. The wall surrounded the entire Cap de la Villa and was made mostly taking advantage of the houses, except for this section. Next, we will visit the Church of San Clemente. A neoclassical temple from the eighteenth century, inside it preserves some elements of the old church that stood on the same site, but was replaced due to its dilapidated state. We will finish this historical tour by visiting a flour mill, located in the meadow of Francés, the Blasi mill has had various functions throughout its history. The Old Mill is located in the Barrio de Aragón and dates from the sixteenth-seventeenth centuries. Before the farewell we will invite you to eat in a typical restaurant.
