Mogán Spain

Mogán is a Spanish municipality in the province of Las Palmas. It is located in the southwest of the island of Gran Canaria, in the Canary Islands archipelago. The municipality of Mogán covers an area of 45.50 km² and has a population of around 21,000 inhabitants. It is the second largest municipality on the island. It lies 22 meters above sea level and reaches its highest point in the interior at Sándara Mountain (1,583 meters). Puerto de Mogán, with its sandy beach, is a traditional fishing quarter that has captivated visitors with its natural beauty. Strolling through the streets of its old town is a must; here you’ll find the Church of San Antonio, built in 1814.
